Great building with a great management company that is in close proximity to Frankford Ave and the interior part of Fishtown. My apartment was spacious for a 1-bedroom and it got a good amount of sunlight. It's facing the Market-Frankford Line on Front Street, but the noise was barely noticeable as the building was well-insulated.
