Lived here for 2 years, only moving to be closer to work. Absolutely loved my unit, the lake, and the staff. Place was always quiet and clean. Never had issues with pests, and if I had a minor noise complaint management would work with me to resolve it right away. Maintenance was super nice and always fast. We never lost power once living here. Storm shelter is a big bonus after that tornado. Move in and move out processes were a breeze. Overall I definitely recommend this apartment and would live here or with any urban waters properties again in a heartbeat!

I have lived here for 2 years and this is by far the best community I have lived in. The maintenance man Todd is always in constant communication when there is an issue and always willing to go the extra mile. The staff in the leasing office are also super helpful and kind and ensuring that the property stays clean and are always available and looking for fun ways to interact with the tenants. If you are looking for an apartment that truly feels like home I would recommend living at 1010 on the lake.
