Paige is super nice and helpful, always has been since we moved in in June! The whole staff has been amazing, I am so happy that they've been so welcoming. We had leaking problems with the fridge, and they had a guy here the next day. I have a service dog that they open arms welcomed, loving when I bring her to the front office. It's been nothing but nice, we've been here about 6 months now!

My parents and I moved into a 2 bedroom years ago. I have to say that our experience with Citadel has been great. 1. The grounds are well kept and clean and for the price the amenities you get are awesome. 2. We have had our air conditioner go out and within 1 hour a R2D2 looking machine was brought in to keep at least 2 rooms cold until the next day when maintance fixed our air. The place I live with my Fiancee now made us go a whole summer without air so citadel has way better maintenance response. 3.The apartment it's self is a decent size and my parents and I never had noise issues but mind you we're on the third floor. 4.The staff are really nice and gives it to you straight which I like and I also like that they offer you upgrades after living there for sometime like new blinds or a carpet cleaning to keep your home looking good. The place me and my Fiancee live at now does not do that. We have to take care of those things ourself and we've had our ceiling above our shower head cave in and a crack in our crisper drawer in the kitchen that the ceiling was patched up poorly and caved in again and they never fixed our refrigerators crisper drawer and we've been with them for 8 years. That's why we're moving and we would move to Citadel in a heart beat if they allowed dogs but sadly that's the only bad thing they don't allow dogs unless they're a service animal. But they do take cats! And the only bad experience we had living there was our garage was broken into around thanksgiving which that could happen anywhere in todays world. But seriously, this place is not as bad as rumoured to be.
