I moved into Montisi July 2020 and love it! The building is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood while still being walking distance to the Alaska Junction. It is well maintained and the management team is very kind/communicative when you send them a message. Utilities (including internet) are all bundled into the rent payment, which makes paying so easy. The only drawback (and I feel like I'm being nit-picky with this) is that the windows open sideways. This means that you can't set up an AC unit, so when it's hot you just have to hope you have a really good fan (no ceiling fans either). That being said, I enjoy living here so much that I intend on re-signing when my lease is up.

The units are clean and modern, and are perfect for an individual or couple. I also really love the location of Montisi. It’s within walking distance of multiple grocery and convenience stores, as well as a ton of restaurants nearby and in the Junction. It’s a block away from the entrance to the West Seattle bridge, providing ease of access to the greater Seattle area. There’s also a dental office a 1 minute walk away. Most of the surrounding homes are single-family or duplexes, so it tends to be fairly quiet aside from the sirens from the fire station a handful of miles away. I feel safe and secure with the locked main door and I appreciate the access delivery carriers have to the bike storage and lobby. The on-site laundry is rarely hard to compete for. I’m on my second 1-year lease with Montisi and I fully intend to renew the next time around as well.
