I have personally received great maintenance response and speedy replies from the management, My credit is not *the best* thanks to student loans but I was approved. Compared to the other places I’ve rented in phx, this has been my best and favorite experience so far.

Tienen el peor management. Me hicieron hacer todo el proceso de aplicación para decirme al final que no tenían ninguna unidad disponible. No les dan mantenimiento a los departamentos. Mejor buscar en otro lugar.
