Large living room. Dining room has built in china cabinet. Living room and Dining room got separated by french sliding doors. Kitchen includes gas stove, refrigerator and lots of cabinets. Unit has it's own laundry room with washer and dryer included. Long railroad track hallway goes to bedrooms and the bathroom. Has 1 open car parking space rear. Pet friendly. Lower unit Minimum One Year Lease. Move in is first month rent and security deposit.
