Large living room. Dining room has built in china cabinet. Living room and Dining room got separated by french sliding doors. Kitchen includes gas stove, refrigerator and lots of cabinets. Unit has it's own laundry room with washer and dryer included. Long railroad track hallway goes to bedrooms and the bathroom. Has 1 open car parking space rear. Pet friendly. Lower unit Minimum One Year Lease. Move in is first month rent and security deposit. Located in between Hollywood and Franklin, more closer to Franklin Blvd. Easy access to 101, 170, 5 Freeways, Metro, Banks, Theaters, Shopping... 3 minutes to Netflix Headquarters, 5 minutes away to The Los Angeles Film School.
