I have lived in the main building of Ethos since October 2023. Isabella, the leasing agent I met, got me out of a bad housing situation in 48 hours and got me into a studio apartment as quick as she could. Throughout the duration of my stay here in Ethos, I’ve grown close to staff and management at Ethos and they are very kind and professional. If you live in this community, take the time to get to know the people who work here. They are great people, Isabella is very friendly and customer service oriented, and Tyler is very funny to be around. I’ve never had issues with maintenance, I park in the garage which I’ve never had an issue with, and my studio apartment is quaint and cute. I also have a sick view of Mt Rainier outside my window. I love it here and I will definitely be renewing my lease in October.

I have lived at Ethos for over a year, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The location is perfect, with easy access to a sushi restaurant and boba tea downstairs, nearby parks, close to Starbucks, Safeway and my daily errands. The apartment itself is modern, luxury vibe and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. The management team is incredibly responsive and always available to address any concerns or maintenance requests. I have had an especially amazing experience with Isabella as she goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and a community lounge that’s perfect for hosting events. Security is also a priority here, with secure entry systems and friendly staff who keep an eye on the property. I’ve always felt safe living here. Overall, I highly recommend Ethos to anyone looking for a great place to live. It’s a wonderful community with excellent management, fantastic amenities, and a prime location.
