The office staff are really active and good listeners to the client, they ask you questions to clarify the request if needed. The maintenance team are absolutely fast.

Door has been done above and beyond. Very good job. And, Thank you for the toilet! It is so quiet now! Thanks Ashley and Gus doing amazing job! I satisfied with my stay overall, we had issues with trash compactor, but it didn't affect quality of living. I considered Knoll apartments a safe place, and it was just a year ago. I loaded up my U-Haul and left it parked overnight. Next day I found out that someone break in vehicle and tried to steal it. Everything inside cabin was stolen. I propose to enforce parking lot security, e.g. cameras, lightning etc. Luckily I was able to drive it after.
