The reviews on here must be old as I have not had any complaints at this complex. I have been living here for quite some time and have always had my concerns addressed in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and attentive to my wife and I needs. Hopefully others will come see for themselves how great of a place this is. It’s been a pleasure to live here and opportunity presented to myself. The courtesy patrol has been great for myself and other residents. Please ignore the negative responses and bad reviews. - David Brown

This complex is ran by a handful of lovely ladies who are clearly wanting to turn this property around. Maria was efficient and quick Administratively in handling me moving in and getting me situated. Carolyn and her staff made sure that my move in was very smooth and my Lease signing was under 30 minutes. They also recommended great pizza nearby to try. I’m hoping and thinking good things for the resort on 35th Update: I also had NO HEAT over Memorial Day weekend and due to last reviews i was worried it wouldn’t get fixed. However, maria and the maintenance team got me taken care of before the day was over. Overall enjoy the place
