Great community to live in! Ive been here 2 years now and Robyn and both of the maintenance men have been amazing the whole time. The community is so well taken care of and you can tell they put a lot of pride into it. The grounds are always clean, the community facilities are always in great shape, the community is mostly quiet (just a bit of traffic noise here and there), and overall everyone is very respectful of one another. Theres plenty of parking and you can reserve a covered spot. Ive put in 2 maintenance requests in my time here and both were addressed within 24 hours. Robyn is always so friendly; youll often find other residents just chatting with her in the office. Anytime I have had a question or concern shes a joy to talk to and very helpful. After 3 horrendous experiences at my last 3 apartments (looking at you Fairways/Greystar) I can not be happier having a competent and caring manager run Cedardale. Its been great living here and i would recommend it to anyone I know personally.
