Please save your money, property management Stephanie is just eager to get someone into vacant units (where the building was just bed bug infested) and also terrible at communicating, she comes into apartments unannounced and violates privacy also Maintenance never fixes anything and any time they do, it gets right back broken. This building is definitely not worth it at all!

Move in here at your own risk. When it comes to servicing the building, nothing gets properly done unless you use excessive force and effort to make them fix the problem. My apartment flooded for no fault of my own at the beginning of the year (Feb. ‘23) and it took almost a week of me living in sopping wet and molding carpet for me to even get someone out to look at it. Then despite even the cleaners recommending the carpet be replaced due to the extent of damage, they decided to relocate me into a downgraded apartment. There’s also the elevator which has been broken for almost a month now that we are constantly told will get fixed but never is so only really a works when it wants to. And finally, there’s the garage. The door has been broken since Dec. 4, 2023. It is now Dec. 23rd and we keep being told the door will be fixed eventually. We have had people’s property stolen and me personally, I have had my car broken into almost 3 times now within 4 days despite being parked in the garage I pay $85 a month for. You can never get ahold of anybody except maybe Derrick who is new and even then, he still has to wait to hear back from his higher ups who NEVER respond so nothing gets done. You call every number listed on anything and you’re still waiting days and weeks for simple things to occur. So, all in all, rent here or in any other Minkin Management properties at your own risk. Update (5-3-24) Garage got fixed January 23rd, Elevator got fixed April 16th. They fired Derrick, refused to credit us for the garage ordeal, and continue to make excuses that “there’s nothing they can do” about the maintenance issues that arise. And they raised the already high laundry prices. But they’ve updated the paint in the building so woohoo (sarcasm). I’ve also been dealing with payment/ account issues and on and off eviction notices since February. Has not gotten better despite being told it would. Good luck to you all.
