I was struggling to find an apartment in Los Angeles. I was starting to believe that I would not be able to move out of state and move back home to S California because everything that I was finding was so poorly created without the resident in mind, and only the pockets of the owners. I was just about to throw in the towel when a friend’s niece told me where she lived. Bahay. I looked online and thought this has to be too good to be true. I sent my daughter for a tour and she was so impressed. She thought this was the one. She sent me video. She told me about her experience with Nicole, who took her on the tour and I was sold. I put in an application immediately and found out a few days later I got the apartment and moved in sight unseen. It has been pure joy from beginning to end. There is absolutely nothing I would change except maybe having a little bit more living space. I’m still trying to figure out where I can put a table. I wish the bar had a lip on it for barstools and that would get rid of the seating issues but even with those two things being very minimally annoying, I still think this place is a 10 out of 10. The amenities, the furnishings, everything is so thoughtfully done not one detail has been overlooked in the building, and I am so grateful that I found this place. It is beautiful. It is centrally located. It is quiet and the staff are kind and helpful. This has been a dream come true!!

i've been in multiple luxury apartments around LA and this is the longest one i've stayed at! the amenities are amazing everybody at the front desk is so nice. Issues are solved very quickly especially if packages get misplaced or if you need help with maintenance. The only minor thing would be the gym closing from 2-3 for sanitization (which is a great thing!) but personally that is the time slot i like to work out 😅 wish they can move it to 1-2 or something. But other than this personal minor inconvenience, it's definitely my favorite apartment ive been at
