Long story short, I wouldn't move in here if I were you. We moved in last month (May 2022) under false pretenses and would've gone elsewhere had we known the reality. We hear noise 24/7, whether it be from outside (our windows are paper thin and rattle loudly) or construction noises from other areas of the building (we were told the construction would be finished by the time we moved in). We even paid more to be on the 4th floor because they said it would be quiet. It is not. Conversations from street level sound like they're happening right outside our window. But the main issue is management. They took 2 weeks to provide me with my parking pass which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry for me. When I did try to park in the lot I'm guaranteed in my lease, I was repeatedly told I was going to be towed even though my lease promised me a spot. Several things weren't working in our unit when we moved in and trying to get into contact with the building manager is near impossible. I've been waiting to hear my 'options' for about 2 weeks now and when I had an issue on a weekend he responded to tell me "he doesn't work weekends". Giving it 2 stars because the location is cool and tons of stuff is in walking distance. I think the place has a lot of potential but they're lying about the value/noise when they provide a tour. We feel like the guinea pigs. They shouldn't have allowed people to move in until the building was finished/ready. We wish we would've moved elsewhere.

Do NOT move in here. It may seem like a nice building but the ceilings leak, the noise is unbearable and the management will not reply for months. I lay in bed a night feeling like I’m going insane and there’s absolutely nothing I can do.
