Underground garage parking and concrete structures translate to condo style living. Luxuriously appointed corridors, and open style modified loft plans make for spectacular living spaces.

I have lived here since 2010. Embassy is a great place to live. The apartments are so quiet I sometimes forget I have neighbors. (In a good way!) The underground parking is heated and a lifesaver in the winter. Elevators and the carts they provide are super convenient when bringing up groceries. I live on the top floor and have a beautiful view and a huge balcony to sit and enjoy it. Maintenance and office staff are always on top of stuff and they treat you like family. I have used their clubhouse for several events that have always turned out so nice and the pool is as good as any resort! I highly recommend.

I just removed my first 5 star review from a few years ago to leave an updated one. This is my second time living at embassy park and it is hands down the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. I lived here 2018-2020 and moved in again May of 2024. The ONLY reason I left in the first place was due to a job relocation outside of Omaha. Aside from the all of the convenient amenities and features, the people that work here are incredible; from the leasing office to maintenance, everyone here has always made my comfort and happiness their top priority and never fail to make sure I get exactly what I’m paying for. The leasing manager, Liz, is the most straightforward, efficient, honest and caring person in her position that I’ve ever dealt with. Tonight we had a major storm come through. Once it died down, I went out to check on my vehicle as there were numerous trees down. I happened to run into Liz and she immediately checked on me and made sure I was safe. There a lot of apartment choices in Omaha, but if you want a place that makes you feel like you matter, this is the place I would recommend first.
