I lived at the Oregon for 2 years and absolutely loved it. I moved in right after it was renovated and management did an amazing job with the building. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, rain head shower, spacious balcony, floor to ceiling windows, and great outdoor amenities, including grills and an outdoor rooftop. The best part of the apartment was the property manager, Kristy, who is awesome! She was quick to respond to any needs, super friendly, and very passionate about the building. The owners were around often and took every measure to make sure the building was safe and always up to high standards. The neighbors are friendly and it is a short walk to the Third Ward, great coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment building!!

Current resident since August of 2015 in 1bd/2ba. Staff are friendly, responsive and effective, apartments are spacious with decent kitchen working space in a semi-open plan space, and amazing light through floor-to-nearly-ceiling windows across 3/4 the width of the apartment out to balcony space. Underground parking available with optional EVSE for electric car charging. Two outdoor deck spaces, one with fireplace and communal gas grill, one more quiet and private on the roof proper with lounge chairs for sunny reading. Dog or cat allowed. Non-smoking building and grounds. Two blocks from two major bus routes, three blocks from three more. Walking distance to Cermak grocery store, Milwaukee Public Market, small liquor stores, gyms, convenience stores, at least one veterinarian, and innumerable restaurants and bars. There's even chandleries and marinas with river slips across the street.
