Bella Vista has been a great place to live..!! The management is awesome..!! Darlene is very professional, personable, and takes care of any concerns you may have. Also maintenance is definitely on top of their game. Apts. are very nice and spacious, with full-size washer/dryers in each apt. A working fireplace and a deck or patio. For the most part it is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. A covered carport is also included in your rent. The location is great and amenities are easy to get to. Bella Vista is set off the main road, to give tenants privacy, and a great view of Mt. Rainier. Compared to other apt. complexes here in Tacoma, I highly recommend Bella Vista..!!

This has been my most favorite apartment I’ve lived in so far, it’s so quiet, and my neighbors are so kind. It’s almost too good to be true. The views from the hill are so amazing. I love how secluded we are from the street below. There’s a dog park very close with also amazing views. Not to mention, management has been awesome! So quick with responding to our needs and questions. Always so caring. I love it here!!
