This is one of the most unsafe places I have ever been exposed to. Mail gets delivered to a next door neighbor who deals drugs and constantly has buyers going in and out of their residence. It is especially unsafe for single women and families with children. I would not recommend living here. The area is littered with gunshots daily, mostly at night. If I could rate this 0 stars I would and have this place condemned for safety alone. This shouldn't even be a consideration for the area, but unfortunately with the cost of living that is where the appeal lies.

I flew across the country to visit my family who lives here. The homes are very nice but the walls are SUPER thin, there are homeless people living behind the building, many gunshots, groups of teenager hanging around, but the big kicker was the people who live next to my family faught violently for hours, that the police showed up. From my understanding its a normal occurance for those residents to fight as they were. It was nerve racking. We could hear every word along with all the banging and slamming. I wouldn't live there! I was actually uneasy being there and wouldn't go outside alone. There are rude sexual comments and gestures from some of the male residents. I hope my family can get out of there!!!
