Your Deposit will be Beer money for the Manager .Its ok if your nieghbors have Bed Bugs and have to lose all thier furniture ,No Hott water have to walk by dog poop and urnine.and barf because they dont want to clean it for 3 or 4 weeks. We had gun shots go thru are walls and windows several times we were asked to move because of it and Diamond asset managent did not pay for our move to safety or give us our deposit back . Our bathtub was Gross . Do not trust theses shady people , Do not move Yourself or Children to this Section 8 Community.

They don’t care about residence safety. Apartment is in the middle of the ghetto. Cars are always broken into. Homeless sleep and be in the apartment where your kids be . They use none of the money way pay them to do anything about it !
