I have lived at these apartments for 8 years and going on and we love it so much!! Small community, lovely management and maintenance(Carla and Jerry are amazing). I am writing this review because we had an issue with our mailboxes getting vandalized really bad. Our management and maintenance team came up with an amazing plan and got us a new mailbox in a new safe location.

Admittedly, my last review was harsh of the management here at the Martin. My wife and I have lived here for 8 years approx., and still do. We love the community, and have lived with a lot of these neighbors for most of our stay. The manager, Carla and Jerry handling one of many properties, in Maintenance, are a great team. With crime being what it is these days, the move of the mailboxes from the street, where they were getting attacked, to a safe and CONVENIENT spot in the community, is a huge improvement!
