Enter the apartment and immediately fall in love with the hardwood flooring, tall ceilings, and large windows which let plenty of natural light pour in and make the entire space feel incredibly open and bright. The living room is large enough to accommodate a sectional, coffee table, TV stand, side tables, and more! It is completely open into the dining area and kitchen which makes entertaining guests a breeze. The kitchen includes stone tile flooring, dark oak cabinets with formica countertops, a full-sized refrigerator, wall oven, and four-burner gas cook top. There is plenty of storage throughout the oversized cabinets and kitchen drawers and there is enough counterspace to cook up any meal you can imagine! The kitchen is also large enough for a moveable island or a small bistro set if you'd like to create an eat-in kitchen! The hardwood flooring continues throughout both bedrooms and they also include newer windows which allow even more natural light to pour into the apartment and ample closet space. The master bedroom includes a built-in AC unit and is large enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed with ease! The second bedroom can accommodate a full-sized bed. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is easily accessible from both bedrooms. It includes stone tile flooring, a full-sized bathtub/shower, and a beautiful tile surround around entire perimeter of the bathroom! In addition to all of the great features throughout the apartment, the community includes a gorgeous courtyard which is perfect for outdoor relaxation and a parking lot with parking available on a first-come first-serve basis! There is an abundance of street parking available in this area as well. There is a $50.00 charge for water usage due in addition to rent each month. Tenant is also responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet. Pets allowed with additional pet deposit!
