Nice rooms, lots of daylight. Convenient and quiet location. Property management team responsive to service requests. Property exterior areas not regularly and properly cleaned. Charges for the on-property washer and dryer is quite expensive. My moving out cleaning/painting costs deducted from deposit (excl bills) was high at a total of $425 for the 1BR.
