Two stars only because Sadia was always nice (although, I never asked NW apts for anything so - perhaps my rating would be different if I had ) The company (Northwest Apartments) cares only about money -- and the proof for that statement is in the class action suit they settled recently. (Google it) Great location - but units are way overpriced for what they are. Require a large security deposit and they will keep every dime of it (I was there 12 months and they essentially kept all $1300 of my deposit. Some minor things were valid charges but the majority was an INSANE amount of money for alleged damage )
