I’ve lived at the Oxford for almost two years now and overall I can say it’s been a pleasant experience. They take care of any issues I have in a timely manner. I live close to one of the pools and it’s still pretty quiet. I have good neighbors who are also quiet which is a plus. I enjoy the pools and gym which are much nicer than a lot of other places. Anytime I have guest over they always compliment how nice the Oxford is. I live in a two bedroom unit with a spacious layout. Don’t let negative reviews sway you come see for yourself.

I lived here for 4+ years and the oxford staff has been very Professional and do their best to Accommodate your needs. As far as the residents there decent.

Overall, this has been a very POSITIVE experience living here. The Oxford was the ONLY place that went above and beyond to get me in in ONE week before the labor day weekend, including finishing the apt that I wanted. Parking IS and WILL BE a major issue if you have more than one vehicle--NOT something that they can rectify, as the place was built long before The Oxford took it over. FETCH delivery service is OPTIONAL! I get my packages delivered to my door. The "Amazon lockers" are a disappointment for USPS delivery, and should be addressed again.by management. Most of the vehicle gates work, except for the 38th st South gates, which has sporadic problems. MAINTENANCE WORKERS--they try to hire more with high hourly rate$, but the applicants continually FAIL the drug and criminal background tests, which The Oxford pays for! As a result, it takes a little longer to get maintenance requests filled. DO NOT BLAME THE OXFORD FOR THE FAILURE OF APPLICANTS TO PASS THE DRUG AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND TESTS!! ZERO ROACHES OR BUGS IN MY APARTMENT! The Oxford even paid for the cleaning of my HVAC system from the residual smells of previous tenants! All maintenance requests have been handled and resolved in a timely manor, considering the failure of maintenance applicants. Communication to emails could be better! Dog poop is an issue which they are trying to address. It depends on the integrity of the tenants, of which some have none and think that they are entitled! I watch the offenders walk their dogs while they are surfing on their cell phones! Landscaping is excellent as I feel as if I'm living in a resort. I looked at DOZENS of complexes before moving in here, and the lack of any living greenery was depressing! POOLS ARE CLEAN AND WORKING! Trash pickup comes nearly daily! Location is great. FEES--it was a bit shocking to have another $200 or so added to the rent, but it also is necessary to maintain the "resort-like" atmosphere that we have! ALL of the large complexes that I looked at with greenery and comparable amenities ALL had extra fees added on! ALL of them! All-in-all, a happy camper!
