The home also has a large kitchen and dining nook (with diner-like bench seats), and includes a big (approx. 8' x 10') basement storage unit at no additional cost. Beautiful windows with southern, eastern, and western exposure give this home glorious light throughout the day. There are only four units in the building so it has a quaint, quiet feel in the middle of the city. Zone 4 street parking (plenty of parking in this part of Cap Hill) is subsidized, so the permit is free from the city of Seattle. Utilities are billed separately. Bus lines 43, 8 and 10 are just blocks away (15th or Thomas), as well as the Microsoft Connector.
