Mini splits use less energy and operate more quietly than standard air conditioners or electric heaters, while allowing you to adjust temperatures in each room individually. This is a small community of 10 units - shared garden beds, locking mail, onsite remodeled laundry room with coin-op laundry. Off-street parking for one vehicle. Street parking available on a first come basis. UTILITIES Included in the monthly rent are water, sewer and garbage. Resident is responsible for electric.
