My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it! The apartment is so sleek and modern. Location is ideal if you have a dog because of summer lake park nearby! Maintenance is fantastic and so friendly. Adam and the whole office staff are also so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend living here!

I have lived in 26 states . All over in many apts . This place messed up and fixed the problem at a 100% . Great job by this place . If you’re wrong / or even want to make things right you do … they did that . Great job by managers . This is a place I would 100% recommend. Move here as it’s quiet, low key , close to freeway . And managers that are good at the job . Care for people and do the right things . Hard to find that . 10/10 y’all ! Good job

By far the best apartments in the area. Everything other apartment we looked at felt small and cramped after seeing these. Been here about 3 months and I’ve come to the conclusion that I can’t go anywhere else haha. Yes it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Fitness center is great. Clubhouse is awesome. The entire complex is well lit. Spacious units 👌🏼 oh and the entire staff is super nice! Always greeting you and saying goodbye 👋🏼

I took a tour over the weekend and arrived a bit early before my scheduled time but they took me in anyway. Margaux is the girl to go to! She showed me the unit that would best fit my needs. Was amazing and informative and just lovely to work with. SHE sold the place! The apartment itself was also beautiful and modern and a wonderful size for the price. I will 100% be applying when the time comes around and this company better appreciate Margaux for the shining light she brings to the tours!

I can't imagine finding a better place to live. The apartments are phenomenal and absolutely gorgeous. The pool is literally my favorite place to hang - and work - and play. The clubhouse is incredible and available to rent for private parties. The on-site gym saves me a ton of money and I'm pretty sure that even though I don't go, having one 100 feet from my house has definitely made me skinnier and way healthier. And as if all of that weren't enough, none of those reasons are the #1 reason I love this place as much as I do. My very favorite part of living here is hands down the people. They are incredible. Really, really incredible. The staff in the leasing office go above and beyond for their residents. Lizzy is the adorable and bubbly little gem that leased me my place but I adore every single one of them. Brittany, Patricia, Nick - they are all unparalleled in their service and their willingness to make sure their residents are completely taken care of. If I could recommend these apartments a hundred times over, I would. It's that good. And in my humble opinion, if you go anywhere else to lease an apartment, you're out of your mind. XO

This is the most modern apartment I've come across at a suitable price for the value! The staff is friendly, laundry machines are full size, there's AC, the fridge/freezer are larger than standard, and the closet shelving is the best I've seen, making full use of vertical space and even having shelving in the back, not just the sides. The floor plan is very open with a wide kitchen bar counter, making it easier to get as much use out of the space as possible. (A tip from Nick, one of the staff - this means you technically can use counter-height stools and forgo a dining table if you want to use the space for something else!) Since this is a new complex, the insulation is better than most and construction noise is reasonably muffled - new construction also means plenty of electrical outlets, including some with built-in USB ports. Noise levels from upstairs are pretty standard - you can hear footsteps, and it's still an apartment. Also, have I mentioned each unit has A/C? And that it actually works decently? I've looked and it's hard to find apartments with built-in AC and as many updated/modern features. They wanted to be 'ahead of the curve' and I think they've nailed it. I promise I'm not being paid to say that. Internet includes fiberoptic WaveG as an option, which is awesome because it means 1) not having to go with Comcast 2) good customer service 3) fast speeds from a provider that normally is only available in downtown highrises. The gym has good standard equipment and is well lit with plenty of windows. The pool isn't open yet but has plenty of nice seating around the area for a good social space. Parking is nice and flat and is not currently an issue; carports and garages offered though it feels like they will probably get snatched up quickly as more people move in. The parking lots are well lit at night. Mail occasionally is still getting sorted out as some places don't recognize this address yet. Package lockers are said to be coming soon, which would add to the already impressive list of modern features that make me want to stay here for a long time.

The Sygnii team has been nothing but top-notch with everything! They keep the community clean and beautiful looking. They have created a lovely atmosphere to call home. The maintenance team is prompt and quick to resolve any issues we have. The leasing staff are warm and always welcome.

Maintenance has been great so far! No major issues....one time I was locked out of my garage (forgot the opener in my vehicle). They came promptly so I wasn't late to my destination. Yesterday my smoke detector was chirping (we all know how annoying that is). Once again they came quickly to change the battery. (As a renter, I don't own a ladder and these are high ceilings), so I appreciate everything they do.
