Moving to this apartment building in 2018 I had high hopes and expectations. The previous complex I had been in had lackadaisical management, a pest problem, and was showing signs of its age with no desire of improvement. After living here for 5 years now, I can say with certainty that it is a complete 180 from my previous dwelling. The apartment complex itself is filled with lovely neighbors, a real community where everyone is friendly and knows one another. The building is meticulously maintained by an onsite maintenance crew and a property manager who is the most competent, proactive, and diligent property manager I've ever had. (Shout out to you Maria, you're the best!) Nothing on the property is ever out of sorts, dirty, or untaken care of- any little sign of wear or damage is quickly handled. For the amenities, security, cleanliness, space, and location- the rent is fair and worth every dollar. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex as it continues to go above and beyond the market comparable to it.
