I have loved living at Vintage Tollgate for the past two years. Here are some of my favorite things about the apartments: - Not only did I have a beautiful view, but as a single woman, I felt very safe with the added level of security of entering the apartment from inside a locked building rather than directly from outside. - Surprisingly, it’s extremely quiet within the apartments. In the two years that I’ve lived there, I’ve only heard my neighbors a handful of times, and even then it was muffled. - I loved having wood floors on an upper level--almost impossible to find, but such a nice bonus and allergy-friendly. - As someone who practically lives in her kitchen, the gorgeous kitchen and all that extra cabinet space was such a blessing. They have genuinely spoiled me rotten with this! - The gym is maintained and kept clean by the staff and the residents. - Not long after I arrived at Tollgate, there was a complete overhaul of the staff. Amy and Emeline are AMAZING and have always made me feel valued as a resident, rather than just another number or tenant. If I had to list one con for living there, it would be that the cost of living is a bit high. But, considering what you’re getting for your money (not to mention the fact that you’re about thirty seconds from the interstate and within walking distance of miles and miles of gorgeous walking trails), it has been more than worth it to me.

The staff has been kind and so helpful! The ladies in the office print things for me regularly. Everything is always clean and beautiful. I always see maintenance keeping the pool clean. The neighbors are friendly and I love seeing people walk their sweet doggies around.
