After living here for over 2 years I love my studio here. Very good management and a clean quiet building. I have a 2nd floor corner unit on Melrose so I get a nice crossbreeze, afternoon sun, views of the city and Queen Anne. Only downside is lack of elevator. Very fair rental rates and strict income requirements and limits on units which are made available for people of modest incomes. Units are made available on line to pre qualified applicants on a first come first choice on a unit so no endless lists. We have a very diverse population in age, race, working folks, and those on fixed incomes. It is located in a vibrant cool neighborhood close to public transportation, many services, and shopping/restaurants. I love the Melrose!
