Renters Beware: After being told we were some of the best tenants they ended up keeping $785 of our $2000 refundable deposit for no reason. We lived there for 1 year and took great care of the apartment. There was even mold in the window cills when we moved in, and over the course of a year we worked on getting rid of it. We also put in all new light bulbs and spent 4 hours cleaning the place from top to bottom. We sanitized the floors/walls/ baseboards/kitchen appliances etc. They ended up taking $375 to paint the top of a door jam and $250 to replace a phone jack face plate that was never used by us! Along with $160 for routine cleaning that they failed to inform us about. Just beware that you will not get most of your 'refundable' deposit back no matter how well you take care of the place.
