I love this place. (305 flats) I've had a hard time getting approved all over town bc of my credit and being unemployed for a while bc of corona. But this cozy studio saved the day. $700 rent, first month free. $35 dollar gamerspeed internet. In the middle of town?! Hell. Yeah. Leasing office is super nice and neighbors rule.
