Enjoy a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants or stroll over to Capitol Hill for a bounty of great entertainment venues. 114 is a first floor light filled unit that is being offered on a 12 month lease with a 4 week rent concession. Utilities are billed by a third party based on usage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
