Units have been renovated with various upgrades including laminate plank flooring throughout, vinyl in the bathrooms as well as updated electrical and plumbing. Enjoy a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants or stroll over to Capitol Hill for a bounty of great entertainment venues. 215 is a fantastic light filled unit that faces East and is being offered on a 12 month lease with a 4 week rent concession. Utilities are billed by a third party based on usage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
