Have lived here going on two years and really enjoy it. Both units I’ve lived in were clean, with nice layouts - the kitchen pass through counter is so convenient! Maintenance is always on hand for repairs or in case of emergencies - which rarely ever happen. Starla and the management team are really kind and responsive, and unlike most buildings they enforce their rules which keeps the units and building looking pristine! All around great place to live at.

I have been living in this apartment for 3 years now and 4th years in next month. This apartment is very well maintained. Although is a little noisy yet it located in the city and it closes to the freeway. It's located in a convenient spot accessible to the bus-stop, stores, restaurants, parks and schools. The management staff are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They accommodated to my requests and resolved the problems in a timely manner.
They provide an unit service to receive our mail ordered packages, mark them with our unit number, informed us the package is arrived without any delay and keep them in a special package room for us to pick up. We also able to drop off our return packages for the courier to pick up it saves our trip to the courier office. It’s a lot of work for the manager and her office staffs. They provide this great service which I have not seen elsewhere and it should be greatly appreciated! Overall, I have great experience living in the apartment, I'm happy and I highly recommended!

I've been living here for the past two years, and it's been a great experience. I appreciate the management and commitment to overall comfort and safety.
The building is very clean with a great recycling and compost opportunity.
Units are well equipped with kitchen appliances and in-unit laundry which work great - haven't called maintenance yet.
Starla and the rest of management are nice and always good to talk to.

I’ve been living in Trinity for 4 years now, I think this speaks for itself how great I like this apartment. Great value. Great location. Great management. Manager Starla stood out as someone who is super witty. She’s so witty when it comes to handling difficult relationship situations between residents and residents. Once I had to deal with a loud neighbor upstairs. Starla gave some great advice on how to best communicate the issue by applying her years of management experiences. Upon taking her advice, I was able to reach a satisfying agreement with the neighbor upstairs. The Assistant Manager, Yun is also a great lady, who makes sure I don’t miss my package on a daily basis, and would take her time to help me with ad hoc needs. Overall I think this is a great place to live! Highly recommend!
I live in the Kelly Anne apartments fyi. I think it has been a nice experience living here. It is one of the best priced apartments in the area. The neighborhood is also nice and quite safe compared to other parts of U-district (namely near the ave).
I have found that this apartment has offered everything I have needed. Staff have been friendly to me, helpful with maintenance requests and other issues. I have a parking garage for my car, the 2 bedroom apartment is spacious enough.
The only thing is that the floors are thin so it's easy to hear footsteps and I have to be conscious of my noise level even if I'm already quiet. But that's about it I would say. Also there's no pets which can be limiting at times.
But overall, it is cheap it is safe and it is a great value!
I live at Shannon Apt (right across the fancy Trinity) and I personally love it. Keep in mind, it is an old building and it does have some kinks in terms of that. I also rate by how the apartment suits to my needs and the management.
They've been generally responsive to many of our maintenance needs, despite COVID-19. They have a very specific set of rules (recycling, trash, quiet hours, etc.) which they are very transparent about. It's a little hard to adjust at first (the recycling) but they are always open to helping you. in my experience, management has been wonderful and I am grateful for their help.
The price is decent for it being so close to campus and a patio/balcony too! The rooms are relatively spacious compared to the dorms. One con I found is that it does tend to get slightly noisy in the morning due to construction or trash collection once a week.
If needed, I know for sure I will be living properties managed by Trinity in the future.
I've been a long term resident at this complex for years now, and I really don't have any complaints. The management responds very quickly to issues, and are very accommodating to requests as long as they are within reason. There is a community mail/package room and the management spends extra effort to notify you when you have packages delivered. While the price may be higher than some of the other apartments in the area, it is comparable to the other similar aged apartment complexes. Overall, the complex is clean and well maintained.
Noise and external community is what you expect of the University District, the street is loud and there may be questionable individuals wandering the streets, especially at night time. The management takes considerable effort to make the residents safe; during my stay here the management has reinforced doors and gates multiple times and increased patrols.
The lease contract is fair, it lists out explicit rules that one agrees to follow, including quiet hours, office hours, down payment rules, proof of income, and lease duration. It is up to the resident to understand the lease they are signing. Most of the residents, as the rest of the area is, mostly students. Some of the residents are long term while there are definitely many who move within a year. I have not felt the need to move to a different rental unit in the time I have lived at this location.

I am probably the longest tenant that has lived at the Kelly Anne starting back in 2006 prior to the building of Trinity 43rd. I have seen the change of ownership and the transition among multiple property managers. I have had the privilege to be at this residence for 14 years and I have thoroughly appreciated all my years living at the Kelly Anne. During my time at Kelly Anne, I have had the pleasure of three property managers, all of whom had their own style, but certainly a pleasure to work with. It is certainly not easy to manage apartment buildings being overturn quite frequently and some of the inconsideration's of tenants. I have seen a lot of change for the better with the most recent building manager. Everything from information on recycling, information sessions on recycling, an open door policy, open houses to talk about Christie park prior to its newly renovated area, free small group workout classes in the gym, gym membership at Trinity 43rd, better bike rack areas, more security cameras and security in general, updated smoke detectors, updated screens in windows, two locks on an apartment door, updated door locks, repainting, re-carpeting, payment systems online, creation of online requests for servicing your apartment, newly updated no cash onsite laundry area that you can pay using an app (wish you could reload at any rate instead of just whole numbers), packages collected in a secured office in the Trinity 43rd building with a text or email notification about your package, regular cleaning, updated information given to us by email and more email communication in general. There has been a lot of progress! It would be helpful to have outdoor cameras at the Kelly Anne and it could even use more washers and dryers or even have them individually in each apartment unit but that would probably bring up the cost of rent and rent is reasonable. It would be nice if there was an option to replace carpet or other items for a one time fee. The newly renovated Christie park across the street has really enhanced the area. If I ever move back to Seattle, I would hope to be able to stay here again! If it was not for the current team, Starla, Yun, Doug and the maintenance guy, the upkeep of everything that has happened would not be as well maintained as it has been! They are promptly responsive and take pride in the area and the safety of their tenants - thank you for all your help with everything all the time management team! Thank you Kelly Anne and Trinity 43rd!
