Mayra Noris, the property manager at Villa De Adel Apartments, was very helpful and communicative throughout our application process! She made it easy to get in touch with her and helped make sure we submitted everything needed to be able to get approved. It's clear she is good at her job and that she cares about the tenants and the building.

February, 2023: Do not rent here. Corporate is ignorant. They processed my application for rental, wrong. Applied with 2 other applicants, however received a denial prior to the other two applicants even putting in their applications. Property manager who leased to us wasn’t available to assist, so I contacted their corporate offices. First off, they couldn’t even find my application in their system. RED FLAG. Then, they told me to go ahead and reapply again, of course at the cost of my credit score getting another soft inquiry and another application fee. Decided to rent elsewhere after speaking to the owner who still didn’t understand what they did wrong. These people cannot be trusted.
