This review is long overdue. I have been staying at the Rooster Apartments for almost a year now, coming up on renewal. From the start (tour/application process/move-in) my experiences have been nothing short of spectacular. The apartment is gorgeous, clean, with amazing views. I have not once had a problem I needed to bring up to management. Any issues that have presented themselves with the building i.e. garage doors or the boilers, there have been prompt communication and as quick as a solution as possible. I have moved around quite a bit in the last 5 years and I can without a doubt say that Rooster is the best experience and HOME I've ever encountered. Generally you never hear or come in contact with the owners of the building but due to some building issues that, yes have been inconvenient but not one person's fault (just as they say how the cookie crumbles) the owner's have communicated a heartfelt apology with a very generous compensation. Rooster team truly cares for their tenants and I cannot express that enough.
