This review is long overdue. I have been staying at the Rooster Apartments for almost a year now, coming up on renewal. From the start (tour/application process/move-in) my experiences have been nothing short of spectacular. The apartment is gorgeous, clean, with amazing views. I have not once had a problem I needed to bring up to management. Any issues that have presented themselves with the building i.e. garage doors or the boilers, there have been prompt communication and as quick as a solution as possible. I have moved around quite a bit in the last 5 years and I can without a doubt say that Rooster is the best experience and HOME I've ever encountered. Generally you never hear or come in contact with the owners of the building but due to some building issues that, yes have been inconvenient but not one person's fault (just as they say how the cookie crumbles) the owner's have communicated a heartfelt apology with a very generous compensation. Rooster team truly cares for their tenants and I cannot express that enough.

Excellent Management, Beautiful Building, Safe Environment If you are looking for a great place to live in the city, look no further than The Rooster on 65th & Roosevelt. We like the Seattle vibe but don’t want to be in the mess of city traffic every day, so we looked to the Roosevelt area for it’s close proximity to recreation (hello Green Lake), transit (Roosevelt Station, 65th St Park & Ride), and great walking environment with enough eateries and grocery locations to not make it a food desert. It’s still got the city vibe but less congestion and more access to different amenities. The Building: great modern building with excellent layouts that prioritize an open floor plan. This makes it an easy place to fit all your stuff and move it around several times to make it work. No goofy cut outs, just clean sight lines and huge windows. Building safety is a priority for everyone that works, lives, and manages the building. The Main door is FOB entry and no one can get past the elevator without having a fob so you don’t have to worry about non-residents in your building. Parking garage is also fob entry AND exit. If they don’t have a fob they cannot get out quickly or easily. Management: let’s face it, you could live in a great place but if the management and its supporting infrastructure is not quality then it can be a bad experience. The Rooster is managed professionally and it shows! Everyone can answer any question at any time. The group is well-versed in the environment and keeps in communication regarding any issues, upcoming events, and specials. Even better? They are MFTE proactive! If you qualify for MFTE living, they have experts that will walk you through the necessary steps to get your paperwork submitted. They are flexible and will work with you throughout the whole process. With online portals for communication, service requests, billing, and package delivery notifications, this modern, clean, and positive environment stands out. The Rooster and it’s management team (Emily, Frankie, Julie, et al) are top notch. They have made the environment a wonderful living experience!
