I absolutely love this place! Brenda is so nice and helpful! It feels very comfy and safe here and I love how everything (grocery stores, restaurants, everything) is literally right out the front door. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever for the past year I’ve lived here. Also, the rooftop is AMAZING. If you’re looking for a place in West Seattle, Adell is the best choice. You will not regret it!!

The complex is great! Modern, clean, and most importantly, Brenda the property manager is the best...friendly and extremely organized. Adell is in a great location and building is brand new with awesome residents.
