Leasing Information: • Application fee: $40 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment. • Admin Fee is $210 which is refundable and $200 goes towards first month of rent during move in. • Deposit: $500 on approved credit. • Utilities and Electricity included for MFTE homes. • Tenant Benefit Package included. (Internet, liability waiver and credit reporting) • Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 700 credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their application.
