Flexible lease terms are available for those seeking adaptable living options, and as a pet-friendly community, we’re proud to welcome your four-legged companions. Leasing Information: • Application fee: $40 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment. • Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs) . • Deposit: $500 on approved credit. • Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, and trash which is billed based on usage. Electricity is individually metered. All utilities will be on your portal. • Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit reporting • Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 650 credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their application.

great building - much better in the last 8 months than it has ever been. new management company, Arboreal Management has really improved this building so much

Stay Clear! Management never responds to any emails or calls. Homeless people sleeping right in front of the door that leave trash all over. The first floor always smells like garbage. Packages get stolen which means the cameras must not really work. All that and the rent is $1700 and up! Crazy
