MY AIR IS BACK ON!!!! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Luis and Nick. They came to maintenance a few things around my home. They came in got straight to business you could tell Luis is great at his job, and is not afraid to get his hands dirty as he got right to the problem. After putting in another work order, and learning that new management has taken over the maintenance crew, Mike and Neil worked swiftly to get my fiancé and i apartment heating unit replaced! We are very impressed with the work that was done and how quickly things came along. Thank you so much!

Vanessa, Kyle, Zak, Cody, the maintenance workers, grounds crew, cleaning crew, carpet-cleaning crew, and every other employee I have ever encountered were the nicest, kindest, most helpful, and most understanding people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. They go above and beyond like preparing a move-in gift bag for a first time renter (who actually did forget that toilet paper is a common feature in an apartment--who knew? I certainly and obviously did not, but I was glad that the gift bag Vanessa took time and effort out of her busy day to put together specially for me included a roll and many other small necessities. ;p) and setting up Holiday displays in the main building but also in unexpected rooms like the laundry rooms, a beautiful, festive display that brought an immediate smile to my face this morning. The little things, the little joys, in life--they happily provide those, many more, and much more. In short, they genuinely care about their properties and, most important, their tenants: their well-being, their safety, their comfort, and their satisfaction. What is more, even if you were to fall behind on rent payments, they are willing to work with you to bring your account status to current as long as you demonstrably show that you are doing everything possible on your end to rectify the outstanding issue of a delinquent account and reaching out to every available resource and/or organisation possible to help with paying any overdue, past due, due, or upcoming rent that you owe. They and their lawyer are reasonable, nice, and compassionate people, but they will take legal action, understandably so, because many people tend to take advantage of people who have warm hearts and I do not blame them whatsoever and I hold no grudge for their taking such a course of action against me or others. In fact, I have nothing but gratitude and gratefulness for them for all that they have done for me and still do.They are amazingly wonderful people and I am proud, overjoyed, to call this fine apartment complex my and my two big boys' first and only genuine home in which we feel and are finally safe and free. I cannot ever repay them for such a monumental blessing, but I can try. Absolutely unbelievably lovely people to celebrate and stunningly picturesque sunrise/sunset/nature views to behold.
