I have lived here for 3 years now, I love it and I don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon. I enjoy the complex itself but what makes it such a good place to live is the staff. There is an open door policy in the office and they are always so willing to help. Any time that I have had an issue or concern with the apartment they are beyond fast to respond with whatever I may need. They have been there to assist me on countless instances and for that kindness I will be eternally grateful! It’s a lovely place to call home with an amazing team who pride themselves on creating the best experience possible. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and all you do for your residents, it does not go unnoticed!!

I've been living here since June and I must say the staff is amazing. Thank you to the handyman Ty, and there's another one whose name I forgot, but he's available when you call after hours. They have great customer service skills and are friendly. As soon as you put in a work order, they come immediately, usually within the first 24 hours. They're also funny. also, the front office staff work with you when it comes to different circumstances I appreciate people like them who care about their tenants and I appreciate them. I can see myself staying here for at least the next two years.

Okay, here's the short. People here are great, transparent and like most people - here to do a good job and provide service. The apartments are fine, the price is fair and the terms are acceptable. Here's the long... It's an apartment and it's not perfect. I feel the price is fair for what we were getting. Some seem to have... unreasonable expectations. Check out the "You're no Yelping," episode of Southpark and you'll get the idea. The people... These humans are a great example of service to the customer and the community. They often have events, drives of activities for the community. The facilities team is amazing. There we some delays in repairs but that was due to replacement parts not being available. Completely understandable. They are also super cool and can tolerate myself and my toddler asking an amazing amount of questions. When we moved out, we left some items behind. Of those items all but one seemed like they would be used to help someone in the community. Not only that... but we left a fire safe behind. This was not intentional. We called them the day after we moved out and when we were on the road. We called right when they opened and we were informed they had the safe in their office. When my wife returned to pick it up we were informed they were going to put it in the compactor but the lead facilities guy noticed it was heavier then expected. They smashed it open to make sure they were right - they were. There was irreplaceable documents, family history and money in the safe. All was there and returned, we are greatful they had done that and didn't compact it. Really, this place is ran by humans - imperfect, hardworking and professional humans. If you have reasonable expectations, enjoy not being a jerk and want to find a place to live. I would suggest Copper Ridge. With that I do have some suggestions. First, a premium option would be great. Things like name brand appliances, wall mounts for TVs, hardwood floors and AC as examples. Second, although I appreciate the new play yard for the kids. I wish that it was something closer to what you find in a public park. Not the size but the durability would be great. Also, with the area being as wet as it is more than one paved walkway would be nice and some kind of cover above it would go a long way to make sure it's used more often. Something just to keep the rain off. Third, a dedicated space or two for pets. For them to do their business and maybe socialize a little. I know space is tight but I think next to the compactor and maybe next to the other canister. Fourth, work with Greystar and look into expanding to the lot next to the property. This would allow premium units, additional parking and opportunities for another player area amongst many other benefits.
