The Avondale apartments in Hollywood is a charming, Italian Renaissance building in the heart of the city. Classic 1925 architecture has been updated with modern, hip interiors. Most of the renovated apartments for rent in our Hollywood, Avondale building offer refinished hardwood flooring, exposed brick walls, stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz counter-tops, designer light fixtures, ceiling fans, and pedestal.

In the past it seems that things were "better". I've been here about a year now and haven't had issues with management. The application process and background check was easy especially when you come prepared and have decent credit. I got a solid deal where I was able to move in a few days before the start date of my lease to help with the transition and moving. For such an old building I rarely see insects because of the biweekly pest control that comes. There is a cleaning service that cleans the hallways and Libby along with the outside front gate area and back courtyard. The building is fairly quiet and all the neighbors are pretty respectful. My apt got new electrical and plumbing before I moved in along with updated appliances. The price of living makes sense for DT Hollywood location. It's one of the cheaper area to live within the expensive Hollywood. But location of the building and the commonities that are close by make it worth it in my opinion. If you like city life it's exactly a good balance of the luxury and realistic city environment. I've enjoyed my stay, and have had a lot of positive points rise from being located in the heart of Hollywood.
