Not sure if this was a different property years ago, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about this apartment complex. It’s such a cute, cozy, peaceful and vintage building with tons of character. The landlords AND the tenants have been nothing but incredibly kind toward me since I moved to the Portland area, oftentimes going out of their way to make sure I’m happy or to say hello. If I ever put in a maintenance request, they usually go above and beyond to kindly address it within a day, which is amazing! A spectacular area in Portland and a wonderful place to call home — I’d recommend Mayfair properties to anyone looking for an apartment! Not to mention, the operators of the property even decorate the property with holiday decorations — with the smallest details down to Halloween candy or Christmas lights. Check this place out!
