I've been at this community for around a year and a half and have been very happy with my experience. The property is well-constructed and the apartments themselves offer a competitive product for the market. Silverlake is very limited on availability at any given time so there's a pretty clear winner when you look at the rates in comparison to what else you can get in the neighborhood (especially considering the Target, readily available street parking, and 101 access). I work in property management myself and will be the first to say that no community is perfect, however, the management team is consistent with their communication regarding on-going projects or community concerns. I also have to give a big shoutout to the Maintenance Supervisor, Michael. He's been helpful, responsive, and friendly during every interaction we've had and I appreciate the work he does. Overall, I'd recommend the community to anyone who's looking for a new product, competitive rate, and stellar location.

I’ve lived at the Dillon II for a year and am resigning for another 12 months. I’ve lived in 7 different apartment complexes across three states in the last 6-7 years, so I’ll be first to recognize that no complex will be perfect or free from issues. Overall, the Dillon II staff has been helpful, professional, and as quick as they can be to remedy the inevitable issues that come to light with a new complex. I’m really happy with the build quality of the place, feeling of security, upkeep of amenities, and convenient access to Target and the 101. The place really is immaculately kept. It’s really hard to find a new complex in Silver Lake at a competitive price, so although the complex isn’t perfect, I’ve had one of the best experiences here of any complex I’ve lived, and would recommend it. Brian has been very helpful in the leasing office, housekeeping keeps the hallways clean and litter-free, and maintenance has been prompt and considerate. Really looking forward to another year here :)
