I lived at the Camden for almost 5 years and it was such a great experience. I wish I didn't have to move, but I had to relocate for work. I highly recommend living here. The staff is all great and the community is great! If you're looking to move, definitely reach out to Jordan Weiss, who is the Community Manager. I can't say enough great things about him. He was so helpful and really made my life so much easier whenever I had any questions or issues. I've dealt with nightmare staff at buildings, but he made my time at the Camden such a pleasure!! The Camden will be missed! :)

Just moved into The Camden with my girlfriend 2 months ago. This is by far the best building we've lived at in Hollywood. The staff in the office is wonderful. Everyone is always nice and super upbeat. The events are fun and the building is well kept. Our move in experience was great, From the time we signed our lease to the day we moved in.

WOW - I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Camden! Without a doubt, my rental experience here has exceeded my expectations. The entire staff truly cares about our happiness and comfort as residents and the building is immaculately maintained. Nick, from the Leasing Office, has done an exceptional job assisting me and a friend with our transfer to a larger unit. He has communicated with us every step of the way, provided clear instructions, and has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. Of all the places I've rented (and I've rented a lot), Nick is by far the best Leasing Consultant I've ever worked with. His communication, kindness and patience are truly appreciated. Thank you so much for everything! Joseph, from the front desk, is another person very deserving of a special shout out. Joseph has been a ray of sunshine from the day I came to take my very first tour. He always has a smile on his face and takes the time to get to know each of the residents. Anytime I've needed something, he is right there to help! The Camden is lucky to have such a wonderful person on their staff. As far as maintenance goes, the portal to submit requests is very easy to navigate. The team quickly responds to any issues and does a thorough job with replacement/repairs. I've even had something fixed while I was away at work! I came home to find a handwritten note on my kitchen island describing the issue and work that was done. The entire team is friendly and professional - I know I can count on them! Another great feature of this building is the safety. Our front desk is available 24/7, elevators can only be accessed by residents and designated guests, the police station and fire department are just blocks away, and each unit is equipped with sprinklers and alarms. I can sleep well at night knowing that myself, the other residents and our pets are being well taken care of. Now, if you're not already racing to sign your lease, let me tell you about our AMAZING amenities! No matter what your career or passion, there will be something here for you to enjoy. We have a beautiful resort style pool and hot tub, a zen garden (my favorite spot to do some reading), rooftop deck, kitchen, outdoor art space, dog wash, and recording studio to name a few! It's truly paradise. The location of the building is fantastic too. We have a Trader Joes right downstairs, Equinox attached to the building, Starbucks down the block, Bed Bath & Beyond across the street, and many more. I've saved so much gas money by easily being able to walk to everything. We even have a farmers market right across the street every Sunday! After touring almost every rental option within a 1 mile radius, I am so happy that I chose to call The Camden my home. If I could buy my unit and stay forever, I would! Thank you to all of the building employees for everything that you do. We appreciate you!
