I've had a joyful experience living in Artisan over the last quarter year. Kenneth of the Artisan leasing staff is absolutely amazing. Since we moved in, he's helped us a TON and I truly cannot thank him enough. As far as the location goes, you cannot beat Artisan. It's at the perfect intersection of Arts District and Little Tokyo. Other properties like Gary and One Santa Fe are pushed up against the river and the metro train tracks forcing you to walk a longer way to get access to groceries and some restaurants. At Artisan, it's a simple walk to Asian groceries, bowling, breweries, shopping, and a number of great restaurants.
