My husband and I loved living here for 2 years! We moved from NY and Kristina was super helpful whenever we had questions and Andrew in maintenance always answered our work orders with a sense of urgency. Some of the great perks of this place: being right next to VCU and Broad St for public transportation, having internet and a washer/dryer included in the rent, extremely pet friendly (even to pitbulls!!!!). Our corner apartment and so much character and charm. If you're looking for easy access and convenient living move here! You will not find a more responsive management team.

After having a bad experience leasing with Cedar Broad, Kristina helped me get a killer deal at Raven Place for a large space with exposed brick and hardwood floors. Underground garage monthly parking fee is an option, but street parking is not difficult to find. My neighbors were very considerate of noise and everyone I encountered in the building was friendly. Maintenance was awesome and willing to come in early to accommodate for my work schedule. Even after I moved out and still had questions, Kristina responded to my emails (on a holiday closing, mind you) to answer my questions. Thanks Kristina for everything!
