Having lived here for 7 years, I have to say it has been nice. All complexes have their own quirks and challenges. Anytime I have asked the leasing office a question or raised a concern- they do get to it. There are just a handful of them in the office dealing with 5-6 properties. I enjoy living here

Property Results is THE BEST COMPANY to rent from. I’ve been with this company for 13-14 years now in the ever-growing Manchester neighborhood, so I’ve seen and heard a lot. Living at PortRVA for the last 5 years has really made me feel like I am part of a true community. The property management and maintenance team is unlike any other in Richmond. I rarely have maintenance requests, but when I do, they are fixed IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, who else provides such prompt service? The other buildings around, well, they’ll get to it. Property Results has consistently provided immediate resolutions and results. I wouldn’t rent with any other company.
