Welcome home to Chateau Alto Nido Apartments, opened in 1930 as "Hollywood's Premiere Apartment Hotel". Designed after New York style buildings, each unit has kitchen with appliances, dining room, living room, remodeled bath with separate tub and shower and steam heat. Some units offer small office space and/or original built-in vanities.

Want to do an update review of the chateau Alto Nido Apartments. I have lived here going on three years this Christmas and it’s still the best move I’ve ever made. This Hollywood historic landmark feels like home like no other apartment ever has. The tenants here are community. Overseeing the community is building manager Kevin who is the best manager one can find. He’s able to maintain this landmark and all the tenants know that if anything needs to be taken care of he’ll have it done expeditiously. You’d be very lucky to have an apartment in this building.

I’ve lived here for 7 1/2 years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I work from home, so the central location is great. It sometimes feels like we live in a tucked away, little known, place right in the middle of Hollywood. We finally have, what I believe to be, a great property manager who lives on the premises and is very attentive to things that inevitably come up. He loves classic architecture, as do I and I think that makes a difference.
