I have reviewed One Pacific Place before and gave a five star review at that time too. I think it is important for people to know that my five star review remains intact. One Pacific Place is an amazing community and does everything they can to accommodate us that live here. I do not know how they accomplish all that they do with a lean team and so many apartments and townhomes to care for. They do get it done, however, and as quickly as possible. The property manager is so fair and reasonable and the people she has on her team get so much work accomplished and literally bend over backwards to help the older adults that live here. Our common areas are always "eat on the floor" clean and beautifully maintained.
