We have lived here for several years and have always been very appreciative of the staff - very fast to resolve any issues and they work to create a sense of community. They recently repainted the entire building, remodeled the pool and put in new patio furniture - the pool is absolutely beautiful now, very peaceful and wonderful place to be in the sun. Well done!

If you want to live in an upscale apartment with an impeccable management and maintenance staff, then Ten Wine Lofts will be the place. I lived there for almost two years before I had to move out of state. It is very unusual to find an apartment complex where you really feel as though you are home. The apartment manager, Andrea, works very hard to create that type of atmosphere. She scheduled catered socials every month which provided the opportunity for residents to get to know each other. At most apartment complexes when you get on an elevator you just provide greetings to others without really knowing who they are. When I got on the elevator at Ten Wines I could greet people by their names. That type of atmosphere has to be created by management and I will forever be grateful to Andrea for providing that sense of security. The cleanliness of the facility is represented by the pride and dedication of the maintenance staff. Should my travels take me back to Arizona there is no doubt that this will be my home again .
