Beautiful Brentwood Towers is located in the heart of Brentwood, which is considered to be the Beverly Hills of the Westside. The 405 freeway is conveniently located to us and Whole Foods market is just a block away. Coffee houses, fabulous restaurants and various shops are all within walking distance. We feature large one and two bedroom apartments with lots of closet space. We have a lovely pool that is kept heated all year for your enjoyment, laundry facilities on each floor and gated parking.

Building is old with a tiny elevator that breaks down regularly, sometimes with people in it (at 6 am on the way to work). The carpet in the halls looks old, dirty and shabby. Due to a technological glitch in the rent payment system, I was charged a $150 late fee even though I have never payed my rent late in 2 years. This was not reimbursed. I paid the rent and late fee as soon as I was notified, yet the manager still felt the need to leave a letter threatening eviction at my door. The trash chute is tiny and allows small garbage bags only, which is terrible for the environment. The laundry card system often takes multiple card insertions before the card is read appropriately. There are not enough recycling bins, so they are often over filled, littering the world. However, my apartment is beautiful and quiet with excellent neighbors. Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood is very walkable. Overall would be a nice place, but management and building upkeep makes it a one star.
